Focused Strategy Session

1-hour virtual or in-person session providing targeted, immediate advocacy support. Ideal for families preparing for a REED, MET, IEP, or 504 meeting, or responding to a school meeting called due to concerns.

Includes:

• Review of school records and relevant documentation.

• Meeting preparation and strategy planning.

• Review of educational evaluations with a second opinion from a certified educational psychologist.

• Guidance on requesting special education evaluations and understanding the process.

Why You May Need This:
If you have an upcoming school meeting, new evaluation results, or sudden concerns about your child’s education, this session gives you the tools, clarity, and confidence to address them head-on.

Extended Support Package 

Up to 5 hours of advocacy and support services. Best for families navigating ongoing school concerns or anticipating multiple meetings.

Includes Everything in the Focused Strategy Session, plus:

• Ongoing guidance throughout the evaluation process.

• Review and explanation of REED (Review of Existing Evaluation Data).

• Advocacy for empowering families for IEP or 504 meetings, including eligibility, goals, services, and placement.

• Comprehensive review of IEPs, 504 Plans, FBAs, PBSPs, with plain-language summaries.

• Identification of missing components or inconsistencies.

If your child’s needs require multiple steps, follow-ups, and ongoing advocacy, this package ensures you have consistent expert support.

Comprehensive Advocacy Partnership 

Up to 10 hours of comprehensive, long-term advocacy support. Perfect for families needing sustained assistance across multiple school years or complex cases.

• Support during mediation, due process hearings, and expulsion hearings.

• Direct communication with school staff and service providers.

• Long-term monitoring and follow-up for future IEPs, reevaluations, and transitions.

• Guidance and preparation for formal disputes or complaints.
